Skill-Swap Study Hubs: The 'Teach-to-Learn' Exchange
Solution Description
My thought is to create a 'Skill-Swap Study Hub' within schools or universities. Instead of paying with money, students 'pay' with their own knowledge. If I'm really good at Algebra but awful at Physics, I could tutor a younger student or a peer in Algebra. In return, I'd earn 'credit' to receive tutoring from someone strong in Physics. The school could facilitate this by creating a simple platform (even just a bulletin board or a shared spreadsheet) where students list subjects they excel in and subjects they need help with. A quick teacher recommendation or a grade check could ensure 'quality'. It leverages the collective brainpower already in the student body, making tutoring accessible and free, while also reinforcing learning for the student who is teaching.
