How to handle burnout as a solo founder?
I've been working 14 hours a day for the last 6 months on my marketplace app. I'm starting to feel bvery drained and losing motivation. How do you guys manage your mental health while building?

Set strict boundaries. No work after 8 PM. Use that time for gym or family. Your brain needs recovery time to stay creative.
Automate as much as possible. If a task takes you more than 30 minutes daily and is repetitive, hire a freelancer or use a script.
Remember that it's a marathon, not a sprint. If you burn out, the company dies. Taking a weekend off is a business decision, not a luxury.
