Okay, so like, instead of just staring into the distance, what if we made a super simple, hyper-local WhatsApp or Discord group for each major bus route? Students at earlier stops, or even super-friendly bus drivers (unofficially!), could quickly drop a message: 'Bus #X just passed Y street, looks about 5 mins late.' It's not fancy official tech, just a quick, peer-to-peer heads-up so we know if we actually have time for that quick coffee or if we need to sprint. It's basically a community 'early warning system' for our bus blues.
